据记者观察，在云南省大力倡导建设“中国最美省份”和为基层减负、议进提高工作效能的会议云大背景下，红河州的文件无纸无纸化绿色会议带来三点好处。

用电子会议资料代替纸质会议资料，大大减少了纸张浪费，这不仅是践行绿色环保理念、保护森林的实际行动，更是响应建设“中国最美省份”号召，节省会议开支的有力举措。州文化和旅游局副局长李雁斌表示，“这次会议的所有材料都放到‘云端’供参会者阅读，下载保存，开会人员再也不用拎着大包小包奔波。”
